Essence magazine recently ran a story about 'Unfriending' ex on Facebook - but the proposal is made easy for all social networking sites - which suggests that behind a crack, there is no reason to stay in touch with your ex (see digital dating: 10 reasons to UN friend ex)
The article focuses (in my opinion) on younger women struggling with their divisions and words like 'stalking' and 'stupid' - neither of which I find terribly helpful verwendet.Noch, the piece has several advantages, especially the idea that if a relationship, his time ends to disconnect all the virtual.
Why? You think for a bit.How many times you check your ex's status, updates, new friends and/or photos? how much energy you invest the relationship in your 'Friends' stay online? How you may move, if you are regularly reminded now what he or she, who you are, with if you are already dating, or any other situation potentially can send for a tailspin?
On the last paragraph again read and note how much of the focus on you and your ex. It takes a few reminders, but let us say this all together: the most important person in your life is. Take its time to these words to heart and your life with this idea in mind.
